It is organized by Shenyang Ligong University, and Hainan Institute of Zhejiang University, and technically co-sponsored by IEEE, and IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES), and co-organized by Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, North China Electric Power University, South China University of Technology, and Taizhou University, Sanya Zongheng Energy Research Institute. Media support is provided by the journals Energy Conversion and Economics, Power Grid Engineering Science, and Smart Power & Energy Security.
