IAEEEE organizes various conferences. To make the conferences a great success, we'd love to seek for assistance from volunteers with good English language skills. Volunteers are excepted to be knowledgeable on various aspects of the conference, such as general conference information, locations of event and dining room etc. We expect our volunteers to infuse the conference with energy and creativity.

Students will enjoy a priority during the selection process.

Assist with registration and directing traffic for attendees and invited speakers.

Work in the registration area to hand out materials 

Provide information and conference directions in the registration area 

Work as monitor for sessions, handing out and collecting session evaluations
